Fuel Central
Minor usability improvement at Vendors > Vendors List. Vendors has been renamed into suppliers for the Fuel Central product.
A new feature has been added at Fuel Central. It is now possible to send the fuel orders to drivers via MMS at Fuel Central > Vendors > Fuel Orders.
Minor usability improvement made at Fuel Central > Drivers. 'Print POs' button has been renamed into 'Send POs'.
Loss Prevention Analytics
Minor usability improvement made at Loss Prevention Analytics > Risk Event Rating, Video Journal and Sales Chronicles.
- It is now possible to navigate the events via the arrow keys, and expand the selected period via CTRL+arrow.
- Keyboards shortcuts have been enabled for Video Journal.
- it is now possible to filter Video Journal and Event Chronicles reports by Direct Department sales.

Improvements to Video Journal
Improvements made at Loss Prevention Analytics > Video Journal.
- It is now possible to filter by two refund types - itemized and non-itemized refunds.
- It is not possible to use quick filters - presets - to save your time using Video Journal.

Sales Chronicles Now include events
Sales Chronicles reports have been improved. Currently they display all kinds of events, not only the sale ones:
- Sales Chronicles by Locations renamed into Events Chronicles by Locations
- Sales Chronicles by Employees renamed into Events Chronicles by Employees
- Events Chronicles by Locations and Employees filtering options have been improved
- New quick filter presents are now available at Events Chronicles by Locations and Employees

new Risk events Chronicles feature
With Risk Events Chronicles you can gather chronological data for the events that are considered to be of high risk in the industry. The data is collected for the period of 24 hours for selected location or all available locations. The data is grouped by risk events. You can view the specific period for the specific risk event in more details by clicking it which leads you to Video Journal feature.
A new feature has been added at Loss Prevention Analytics > Risk Events Chronicles.

Sales Summary now leads to Loss Prevention Analytics
Minor improvement made at Reports > Accounting > Sales Summary. Currently the voids, no sale and safe drop event details can be viewed within the About Loss Prevention Analytics product.

Minor Usability Improvement to Consolidated Item Group Reconciliation
Minor usability improvement made at Reports > Store > Consolidated Item Group Reconciliation report. The PDF version of the report has been rotated to landscape position and wide tables are now split into two.
The email version design has been also improved.

Improvement made at Vendors > Bills > Fuel Invoices. The applied filters are now displayed at the form.

Improvement to Sales Chronicles, Risk events and Video analytics Filters
Usability improvement has been made to the filters of Sales Chronicles, Risk Events and Cash Register Video Analytics features. It is now possible to navigate between the time periods using the keyboard combinations of ALT → to navigate forwards, and ALT← to navigate backwards.

It is now possible to navigate to Cash Register Video Analytics feature from the selected period of Sales Chronicles report and from the specific event of the Risk Events report.

Accounting
Customer Statements Feature Added
A new feature is now available at Customers > Customer Statements . With this feature you can issue customer statements of two types - open item and balance forward statements - and send them to your customers.
New Filtering Option at Chart of Accounts
Improvement made at Settings > Chart of Accounts > Series column. It is now possible to filter the chart of accounts by the contents of the series column.
Minor improvements to Account Register Report
Several usability improvements made at Account Register > Account Register report: the 'Balance changes explanation' button has been renamed into 'Accounting History'; transaction history confirmation dialog has been removed; page name has been made shorter - Accounting Changes History - Accounting History.
New Filtering Option at Chart of Accounts
Improvement made at Settings > Chart of Accounts > Series column. It is now possible to filter the chart of accounts by the contents of the series column.

Improvement to Cash Reconciliation by Paypoints
Usability improvement to the process of enabling cash reconciliation by paypoints at Data Entry > Dashboard > Cash Register > advanced. Previously to turn this option on it was necessary to turn the 'Enable CR data processing' option as well. Currently, this dependency has been removed.

New Fiscal Cash Register Support
A new cash register - Fiscal - is now supported in CStoreOffice® at Data Entry > Station Home > Cash Register.
New option to map credit cards by Cash register name
A new option - 'Mapping Credit Cards by CR Name' - has been added at Data Entry > Dashboard > CC Mapping. Selecting this option hides the grid for manual mapping.
New Merchandise Order Email Template
A new merchandise order email template has been created at Home Page > Pending Orders > Merchandise Order > Send to vendor.
SmartPOS
SmartPOS Video NAS settings
SmartPOS video NAS settings have been added at Data Entry > Dashboard > Station Settings > MISC > Video NAS Settings (for stations with SmartPOS registers).
Price Book
Minor Improvement to Price Book Wizard
Minor improvement made at Price Book > Price Book Wizard > step 3 - send instructions to vendor. Unnecessary option has been removed from PB Wizard.
Vendors
Minor Usability Improvement to the Vendor Form
Minor usability improvement has been made to the recently redesigned Vendor form at Vendors > Vendor List > New Vendor. All newly created vendors are currently marked as active by default.

Minor usability improvement has been made to the recently redesigned Vendor form at Vendors > Vendor List > account level. 'Add all' and 'remove all' buttons have been added to the sections for assigning vendors to categories and stations.

Improvement to the process of adding new PB item while entering an Invoice
Usability improvement has been made to the process of the invoice entry at Vendors > Bills > Store Invoices > start creating new invoice. It is currently possible to create a new Price Book item in the middle of entering invoice, and then return back to the invoice form and continue populating it.
Improvement to store Purchases
Minor usability improvement made at Vendors > Bills > Store Purchases. It is now not possible to edit of delete invoices with empty vendor ID (IMoA invoices).

Minor improvement has been made to the process of editing fuel invoices. It is now possible to add an additional line in the Fuel / Services section at Customers > Invoices > edit Fuel invoice.

New Ability to Accept and Store PDF Backup Files From Gilbarco Passport
Improvement made at Docs & Files > Docs Explorer (Gilbarco Passport CRs only and on condition the Passport PDF shift report printing is enabled). It is now possible to accept and store the PDF backup files coming from Gilbarco Passport register and send them to the predefined FTP location or email address.
Reports
Improvement to Cash Reconciliation report
Minor usability improvement made at Reports > Accounting > Cash Reconciliation report. The shift data is currently displayed under the day data.
Improvement to Payroll Graphic report
Improvement made at Reports > Payroll > (account / division or company level) Payroll Graphic report. It is now possible to subtotal the report data by stations on the account or division level.
Improvement to Gasoline Sales Detailed by Positions Report
Improvement made at Reports> Gasoline> Gasoline Sales Detailed by Positions. Diesel sales are currently displayed in this report as well.
Make sure the diesel type of fuel is selected at Data Entry > Dashboard > Station Options > UST System.
Improvement to Sales Chronicles Report
It is now possible to filter the Sales Chronicles report by specific time at Report > Store > Sales Chronicles
Additionally, the report graph has been slightly redesigned for the usability purposes.

Improvement to AIM export
Improvement made at Reports > Accounting > AIM Export. It is now possible to select the export period in the filter - 1 day, 3 days and a week.

Improvement made at Reports > Accounting > Altria Scan Data. It is now possible to filter the report data by category. Additionally, the report's performance has been optimized at in currently loads faster.

Improvement to Itemized Inventory by Tags
Previously the parent items were excluded from the report. Currently the parent items are replaced with the last child items and a tip with an explanation has been added at Reports > Store > Itemized Inventory by Tags.
Improvement to Global Items Log Report
Improvement has been made at Price Book > Items > open an item > Item Log > Global Items Log report. PLU Batch data changes (inserting, updating, deleting) are now displayed in the Global Items Log report.
Station Settings
New option to enable reconciliation by paypoints
It is now possible to enable the cash reconciliation by paypoints for the following types of cash registers:
- Verifone Ruby / Sapphire
- Gilbarco Passport
- Wayne Nucleus
- Radiant
- SmartPOS
Cash reconciliation by paypoints provides more detailed information on activity of each cashier within a shift.
To turn this option on, follow the steps:
- Enable PJR processing at Data Entry > Dashboard > Misc > Journal Settings > Enable PJR Processing option.
- Enable the option at Data Entry > Dashboard > Cash Register > advanced > Paypoints for Cash Reconciliation.
With this option on, Cash Reconciliation > Cash Register > Daily Data displays paypoint data as well.

Other
Several improvements to Petrosoft email templates
Email template notifying on the successful Price Book clearing has been created.
It is possible to clear the account's Price Book by creating the request to Support.
Email template notifying on successful invoice upload at Shift Report > Enter Store Purchases & Expenses > Upload Scanned Invoices > Upload File has been redesigned.
Email template for scheduled reports has been redesigned.

Invoicing Training Split into Two Trainings

Minor improvement made to the customer's invoice PDF email template at Customers > Invoices > edit > Send invoice by email. The PDF template has been redesigned.

Minor improvement made to the customer invoice creation process at Customers > Invoices > create new. Currently when there is only one shipping address assigned to a customer, it is selected automatically after specifying the billing address.

Cash Reconciliation > Daily Data Form Redesign
Daily data form has been redesigned at Data Entry > Cash Reconciliation. The functionality of the form remained completely the same.

Payout information added to the cash register form
Improvement made at Data Entry > Cash Reconciliation > Cash Register. A new 'Total CR Pay-outs' field has been added to the form.
New Lottery Alerts
Improvement made at Alerts > Alerts Setup > Sales > Lottery sales without Serial Number or Position. Currently an alert is issued when there are lottery sales with absent serial numbers or rack positions appear on the cash report.
New Sales Events Alerts Added
It is now possible to set up sales events alerts for the following events: voids, refunds, error corrections, no sale occasions. To do it, go to Station Home > Alerts > Alerts Setup > Sales > Sales Event Alerts > Edit > select the events and specify the amount to trigger the alert > Save.
Select / clear All department Taxes
Minor usability improvement at Data Entry > Dashboard > Cash Register > Departments Taxes. It is now possible to select/clear all taxes at a time.
Price Book
Improvement to Promotions
A new ability to include specific departments to promotions has been added at Price Book > Promotions > new or edit > what is included > Departments.
If you apply this option, only the Mix & Match promo type will be available.

It is now possible to specify the days of week for the SmartPOS promotions.

Station Settings
New option to sapphire Cash register
A new option has been added to the Sapphire cash register settings at Data Entry > Dashboard > Station Options > Cash Register > Ruby / Sapphire > advanced. With this option on fuel loyalty discounts are added into fuel sales.
Reports
New Verifone Loyalty Report
A new gasoline report has been added at Reports > Gasoline > Verifone Loyalty Report. The report contains information on fuel loyalty discounts applied at the selected stations during the specified period. Previously the fuel loyalty was presented
The report is available to Verifone Sapphire and Verifone Commander registers only.

New quantity format for Reports
It is now possible to select the format of the quantity field displayed in various reports.
To do it, go to System > General > Setup Account > Extended decimals on reports to support weight / volume.
Access to account settings is permission-based.

New Ability to Share the PJR Report Filters
It is now possible to share the PJR report filters via copying the filter link.
Sharing report filters allows copying the current filters and sending them via link to other CStoreOffice® users within your company.
To copy the report filter, specify the filtering criteria and click Share, and Copy. The link is saved to the buffer. Paste it to the recipient.

New filters have been added at Reports > Store > Cash Register Video Journal report.

Improvement to Item Purchases by Tags
It is now possible to filter the report data by invoice number and vendor. Additionally, new columns - invoice ID, invoice date and MOP - have been added to the report.

Improvement to COgs by category report
Improvement has been made at Reports > Store > COGS by Category report. It is currently possible to select the method of the item cost calculation - category GPM or total store GPM (to match the P&L report).

Minor improvement has been made at Reports > Store > Cash Register Journal report. Suspended transactions are currently marked with asterisk.

Improvement to the Stock Movement Report
Improvement has been made at Reports > Store > Stock Movement report. It is currently possible to filter the report data by items.

Improvement to the Loss Prevention Report
Improvement made to the back-end of the Loss Prevention report. Now car wash sales refunds, custom income sales refunds and money order sales refunds data is used in the report.

Other
New Clock In / Clock Out Feature
It is now possible to clock in and out into CStoreOffice® using the separate Web interface. Previously in most cases it was necessary to enter the payroll data into CStoreOffice® manually, since the majority or cash registers are not capable of transferring the clock in and out data into CStoreOffice®. With the new Web interface station employees can clock in and out, and their working hours are displayed in the Payroll report automatically.

Customer invoices form at Customers > Invoices > Invoice Template has been improved with a new ability to select between the invoice type template - merchandise or fuel. Previously it was one form for all invoice types.

It is now possible to email the complete invoice to customer at Customers > Invoices > icon for emailing > enter the recipient's email address.

Improvement to the Chart of Accounts
For safety purposes, the Remove Accounting Settings and Remove All Transactions buttons are now password protected at Transactions > Audit > Chart of Accounts.

New Store Report - Distributor's Malt Beverage Added
A new store report has been added at Reports > Store > Distributor's Malt Beverage report. This new report you can view the malt beverage items movement information for the selected vendor, station and period.

New gasoline report - extended sir export report added
A new gasoline report has been added at Reports > Gasoline > Extended SIR Export report. This new report is an extended version of the regular SIR export report.

Improvements to the Altria Scan Data and RJ Reynolds Scan Data Export
Altria Scan Data and RJ Reynolds Scan Data Export at Reports > Accounting > Export have been improved with the following new features:
- It is now possible to group the export data by account stations.
- It is now possible to configure separate export settings for each station.

A UI tip on the way vendor filter works has been added. If filtered by vendor, the Item Sales by Tags report only displays information from the Primary Vendor.

Payroll reports at Reports > Payroll > Payroll has been improved with a progress bar appearing after clicking Refresh.
Improvement made to AIM Export report - Fuel Nrgt data export

- Other: Other events, such as working with pay points, reports etc.
Improvement has been made to the Risk Events Rating report. It is now possible to filter the report's data by department.

Improvement to the Transaction History Report
Transaction History report at Transactions > Account Register > Account Register Report > click History for the transaction > Bill Transaction History report and Payment Transaction History report has undergone the following improvements:
- The report has been redesigned for usability purposes
- It is now possible to view information on the linked transactions
- Previously when rolling back a transaction within a batch, only the selected transaction was rolled back. Now then rolling back a transaction, the whole batch is rolled back.

Redesign of the QB Synchronization manager (Web connector version)
The following improvements have been made at Reports > Accounting > QB Synchronization Manager:
- The 'Changes' and 'Errors' sections have been redesigned
- It is now possible to select the specific errors in the 'Errors' section
- Currently clicking 'Ignore Selected ' and 'Reload Selected ' removes the selected transaction from the list
- The 'Amount' column in the transaction details of the 'Errors' section has been replaced with two new columns - 'Debit' and 'Credit'

Improvement to QB Synchronization Manager (QB Webconnector Version)
Improvement has been made to Reports > Accounting > QB Synchronization Manager. A new - Mark Queue as Synched - button has been added. The purpose of this button is to remove the transactions sent to QB by user's mistake or the transactions 'stuck' in the queue due to the QB connection loss in the middle of the synchronization process.

Improvement to the Store Purchases Report Filtering logic
Store Purchases report filtering logic has been improved at Reports > Store > Merchandise > Store Purchases. Currently the invoice details are displayed according to the filtering criteria applied to the whole report.
Improvement to Mas 90 Export Report
Mas 90 Export Report report has been slightly redesigned at Reports > Accounting > Mas 90 Export to improve usability. Two buttons - Select All and Deselect All - have been turned into a check-box.

Itemized Inventory by Tags report has been improved. Currently the report data Excel export of the at Reports > Store > Itemized Inventory by Tags. Currently the report data is exported with the expanded subtotals.
Minor improvement to the Satellite Export report
Satellite Export report has been improved with a new 'DST' (Daylight Saving Time) option at Reports > Accounting > Satellite Export. Selecting this option adjusts the report time according to the Daylight Saving Time.
Minor Improvement to the Store Reports
Promotions report has been renamed into 'Promotions by Tag' at Reports > Store to avoid the confusion with Reports > PB > Promotions.
Minor Improvement to the Cash Register Settings
A UI tip has been added at Data Entry > Dashboard > Station Options > Cash Register > Shared Options. The tip prompts that selecting 'Allow CR Updates' option enables sending updates to the register's Price Book from the CStoreOffice®.
Minor Improvement to the COGS by Category Report
COGS by Category report can be now accessed from the list of store reports at Reports > Store > COGS by Category.

Item Info Graphs Report has been improved with a new ability to switch between the stations when viewing this report for the specific item.
To access the report, go to Price Book > Items > select item using Find and Replace tool > Item Info.

Several improvements have been made at Reports > Store > Loss Prevention report. The 'Manual Refunds' column has been renamed into 'Itemized Refunds'; a new 'Itemized Refunds QTY' column has been added; UI tips have been added.

Improvement to Best Sellers by Tags Excel Export
Minor improvement has been made at Reports > PB > Best Sellers by Tags. The redundant columns 'Cost' and 'GPM' retail have been removed from the Excel version of the report.
New ability to Change the Retail Type of the Fixed Retail Items in Bulk
It has been made possible to search for the Price Book items with the fixed retail at Price Book > Items > Price Management > Fixed retail > any > Find.
It as now possible to change the fixed retail type to the regular one: Replace tab > Fixed retail > any > N or 0 > select the items you want to change the retail settings for > Replace.
Several Minor Improvements to Price Book
Minor usability improvement has been made at Price Book > Items > View or edit any item. It is now possible to navigate between the fields of the form using the TAB key.
Minor improvement made to Price Book > Items > Price Management. A new - Show last date of purchase - filtering option has been added.
