Internal and External Printers

QwickServe is integrated with the following printer types:

  • InternalQwickServe Ordering Terminal has the embedded internal printer that can be used for printing the customer receipts and the QwickServe reports.
  • ExternalQwickServe Ordering Terminal can be connected with the kitchen printer and label printer for printing the kitchen tickets and recipe labels correspondingly.

With QwickServe, you can set up your menu and share it for all your locations. You can also use the routing feature to address different groups of categories or recipe items between QwickServe Order Manager devices or kitchen printers to make the kitchen processes more flexible.

Customers want to remove mustard and add veggies on their choice? No problem! Configure basic ingredients as optional and create sets of extra ingredients for your recipe. Need custom pricing for extra ingredients, provide them for free or limit customer choice? QwickServe provides a powerful and flexible way of doing it.

QwickServe automatically calculates recipe cost based on ingredient costs, provides calculation explanations and shows your possible profit according to entered retail.

Managing Your Locations and Menus in the QwickServe Mobile app

QwickServe Mobile is a mobile food ordering app for customers, available in Android and Apple markets.

With QwickServe Mobile, you can enable your location and menu items offered at this location to be shown to customers in the mobile portal. Customers can make orders from their mobile devices, and the orders will be received at QwickServe Order Manager devices, just like orders made at QwickServe Ordering Terminal devices.
