Enhanced Inventory Management

The Inventory section has been restructured and simplified to provide more convenience for the users. The Merchandise Ordering dashboard has been implemented to streamline and speed up the process of merchandise ordering.

The aims of the updates are:

  • Process consolidation: We have reorganized the inventory menu to be more intuitive with regards to where we placed merchandise transfer, inventory counting, and receiving merchandise.
  • Clearer field names: We have renamed many fields to make them easier to understand.
  • Streamlined ordering process: We have implemented the Merchandise Orders dashboard for managing and generating new orders easily and quickly through a simple interface.

Inventory Section Updates

An updated Inventory section includes now the following menus:

Inventory menu item Click the image, to view more details

Receiving menu, formerly Itemized Invoices form.

  • Has been moved to Inventory from Vendors > Bills > Itemized Invoices.
  • Has been renamed to Receiving from Itemized Invoices.

Counts menu, a new menu that includes now:

Track Item Movement form, formerly Item Groups Reconciliation form

  • Has been moved from Inventory to Inventory > Counts.
  • Has been renamed from Item Groups Reconciliation to Track Item Movement.

Itemized Inventory form, formerly Inventory Audit form

  • Has been moved from Inventory to InventoryCounts.
  • Has been renamed from Inventory Audit to Itemized Inventory.

Non-Itemized Inventory form, formerly Physical Inventory

  • Has been moved from Inventory to Inventory > Counts.
  • Has been renamed from Physical Inventory to Non-Itemized Inventory.

Transfers menu, formerly Non itemized Purchases form

  • Has been moved to Inventory from Vendors > Bills > Non itemized Purchases.
  • Has been renamed to Transfers from Non itemized Purchases.

Write-Offs menu, formerly Spoilage form

  • Has been moved to Inventory from Data Entry > Store.
  • Has been renamed from Spoilage to Write-Offs.

Orders menu has been optimized

  • Fuel Orders menu has been renamed to Fuel.
  • Merchandise Orders menu has been renamed to Merchandise.
  • Fuel and Merchandise menus have been rearranged.

Fuel Inventory menu has been removed from Inventory

  • Has been moved to the Data Entry menu.

Import Tool Manual

The Merchandise Orders report has been transformed to the Import Tool Manual that allows the existing and new CStoreOffice® customers to do the following:

  • Existing CStoreOffice® customers: To manage their merchandise orders even more effectively.
  • New CStoreOffice® customers: To start ordering process very quick and easy.
