Inventory Release Notes

Improved! The Itemized Invoices form has been moved to the Inventory menu and renamed to the Receiving form.

Where: Main Menu > Inventory > Receiving.

UI Changes:

• The Itemized Invoices form has been moved from the Vendors > Bills menu to the Inventory menu and renamed to the Receiving form.
• The link to the Itemized Invoices form has been removed from the Data Entry form.
• The left menu in the Receiving form has been updated.

Improved! The Item Group Reconciliation form has been renamed to the Track Item Movement form and moved to the Inventory > Counts menu.

Where: Main Menu > Inventory > Counts > Track Item Movement.

UI Changes:

• The Item Group Reconciliation form has been renamed to the Track Item Movement form and is now available from the Inventory menu by the Counts link.
• The link to this form has been removed from the Data Entry form.
• The column names in the Track Item Movement form have been renamed for a better user experience:
• Beginning Inventory > Beginning Count
• Addition > Purchases
• Ending Inventory > Ending Count
• Physical Inventory > Physical Count
• Category, Tax > Category, Tax, Group Type
• Cost Per Unit > Unit Cost
• Retail Per Unit > Unit Retail
• Spoilage > Write-Offs

Improved! The Inventory Audit form has been renamed and redesigned.

Where: Inventory > Counts> Itemized Inventory.

UI Changes: The following improvements have been introduced:

• The Inventory Audit form has been renamed to Itemized Inventory.
• The form design has been updated and enhanced.
• Two buttons for itemized inventory options have been added to the form: Conduct Inventory and Count by 3rd Party.
• Tooltips for better user experience have been added to the form.
• The tables on the form have been renamed to Created in CStoreOffice® and Uploaded from Handheld Device or File.
• The Related Links list in the form has been updated.

Improved! The Physical Inventory form has been renamed to the Non-Itemized Inventory by Total Store Value form and moved to the Inventory > Counts menu.

Where: Main Menu > Inventory > Counts > Non-Itemized Inventory > By Total Store Value.

• Please enter physical inventory > Enter total store retail value

Where: Main Menu > Inventory > Transfers.

UI Changes:

• The Inventory Transfer form has been moved from the from the Vendors > Bills > Non Itemized Purchases > Related Links section and is now available under the Inventory > Transfers menu.
• The left menu with the Related Links section has been added to the form.
• The fields in the form have been renamed for a better user experience:
• Cat # > Category
• Retail > Unit Retail
• Cost > Unit Cost
• Amount > Total Retail
• Amount > Total Cost

Improved! The Spoilage form has been renamed to Write-Offs and moved to the Inventory menu. The "Spoilage" term has been replaced with the "Write-Offs" term everywhere in related forms.

Where: Main Menu > Inventory > Write-Offs.

UI Changes:

• The Spoilage / S.USAGE form has been moved from the Data Entry > Store sub-menu to the Inventory menu and renamed to the Write-Offs form.

  

• The Spoilage by Tags report has been renamed to the Write-Offs report.

  

• The "Spoilage" term has been replaced with the "Write-Offs" term everywhere in CStoreOffice®.

Improved! The Orders menu has been updated.

Where: Inventory > Orders.

UI Changes: 

• The Fuel Orders menu has been renamed to Fuel.
• The Merchandise Orders menu has been renamed to Merchandise. The menu link now takes you to the Merchandise Orders dashboard.
