Customer operations in the self-checkout mode

After switching SmartPOS to the self-checkout mode, the customers in your location can perform the following operations:

• Scan items with barcode scanner.
• Search items manually.
• Void an item in the cart.
• Void all items in the cart.
• Pay for items in the cart.

If the QwickServe unit is integrated with the SmartPOS unit in your location, the customers can perform these additional operations:

• Add ordered food to the cart.
• Order food.

If there is no integration between QwickServe and SmartPOS, the Food Order button is disabled for the customers performing transactions in the self-checkout mode.
