Recorded item shortage report training
This training will guide you through the steps of how to manage processed inventory tickets and cycle count tickets using Item Shortage report in CStoreOffice®.
To open the Item Shortage report, do one of the following:
- Go to Inventory > Counts > Itemized Inventory and then in the Related Links section, click View Inventory Shortages.
- Go to Reports > Store > Inventory > Shortages > Item Shortage.
The Item Shortage report can be opened at all levels:
- Account
- Company
- Division
- Location (Station)
