If you are not sure about the inventory results displayed in the report, we recommend you to perform the following actions:
- Click the Recalculate button, to make sure the inventory data is up-to-date.
- Click the data you need to clarify, to open more details and check the detailed data.
- Use the Itemized Inventory by Tags report to compare the inventory data.
Additionally, you can use the Item Sales by Tags, Item Purchases by Tags, Write-Offs by Tags, Price Change by Tags reports as a source of information to verify the data in the Item Shortage report.
