First Steps with QwickServe Ordering Terminal App

Main Workflow Overview

The main workflow describes how to install and activate the QwickServe Self-Service and Kitchen Display applications on your devices is presented on the image below.

Step by Step Procedure

To set up QwickServe Ordering Terminal App and start working with it, you need to complete the following tasks:

Step 1: Download and install the Self-Service application

To download the QwickServe Self-Service application:

  • Scan the QR code below with the device camera.

  • Follow the download link.

To install the application, launch the downloaded APK file on the device.

During the installation process, allow to run applications from unknown sources when prompted.

Step 2: Sign up to QwickServe

To be able to install QwickServe Ordering Terminal App, you need to sign up to QwickServe and activate the Petrosoft account.

  1. Launch the installed Self-Service application on the device.
  2. In the Sign up to QwickServe form, tap Sign Up.
  3. Enter the registration data for the account, accept the license agreement and tap Sign Up.

Step 3: Check your mailbox and confirm your email

To confirm your email address:

  1. Check your mail box. In the email message from Petrosoft, click Activate New to activate your account.

    If you haven't received a confirmation email from Petrosoft:
    - Check your spam or junk folder to make sure it didn't end up there.
    - Contact the Petrosoft Support Team.

  2. Make sure your email address has been verified.

Step 4: Activate the Self-Service application

Once you have successfully signed up to QwickServe, you can activate the Self-Service application on an unlimited number of devices.

  1. In the Device Activation form, tap Continue.

  2. Type your password provided during the sign up procedure and tap Continue.
  3. In the Enter Device Name form, type the device name and tap Done.

  4. Wait until the license is activated.

Step 5: Set up your menu

You now need to set up a menu in the QwickServe Self-Service application. To do this, you can:

  • Create a menu
  • Add pre-configured categories with items from templates to the menu
  • Create custom categories and set up your own items in the menu
  • Customize categories and items created from templates

Step 6: Install the Kitchen Display application

To download the QwickServe Kitchen Display application:

  • Scan the QR code below with the device camera:

  • Follow the download link.

To install the application, launch the downloaded file from your device.

During the installation, allow to run application from unknown sources when prompted.

Step 7: Activate the Kitchen Display application

You can activate the Kitchen Display application on an unlimited number of devices.

To activate the QwickServe Kitchen Display application on your device:

  1. On the device where the QwickServe Kitchen Display application is installed, launch the application.
  2. In the Sign Up to QwickServe form, tap Activate Device.
  3. In the Device Activation form, type your confirmed email address and then tap Continue.

  4. Type your password and then tap Continue again.
  5. In the Enter Device Name form, type the device name and then tap Done.

  6. Wait until the license is activated.

After the ordering terminal application is successfully activated, you will see the start screen where you can select any option and start working with the application. You can:
