Activating the QwickServe Order Manager app

In addition to activating the QwickServe Ordering Terminal App, you need to activate the QwickServe Order Manager component of QwickServe Ordering Terminal App. The QwickServe Order Manager app allows you to process and manage orders placed by customers. This application should be activated on all devices that you are planning to provide to your kitchen staff.

You can activate the application on one or more devices using the same account.

To activate the QwickServe Order Manager app on the device:

  1. Download the QwickServe Order Manager app. Do one of the following:
  • Scan the QR code below with the device camera.

  • In main dashboard of the QwickServe Ordering Terminal App, tap Download orders manager and kitchen display app to receive orders. Then scan the displayed QR code with the camera of the device on which you want to install the QwickServe Order Manager app or tap Get in on Google Play to download the installation package from Google Play.

  • Follow the download link.
  1. Launch the downloaded APK file on the device.

    During the installation process, allow to run applications from unknown sources when prompted.

  2. Launch the QwickServe Order Manager app on the device.
  3. In QwickServe Ordering Terminal App, at the Sign up to QwickServe step, click Activate Device.
  4. In the Device Activation form, type the email address of the account and tap Continue.
  5. Type the password of the account and tap Continue.

  6. At the Enter Device Name step, type the device name and tap Done.

  7. Wait until the license is activated. During the license activation process you will see the following two messages:
  • Getting a license. This message defines that the activation process is in progress.
  • License was received successfully. This message defines that the activation process has been successfully completed and you can start using the application.
