Viewing Item Data
You can view and analyze the item-related information not only in numerous CStoreOffice® reports, but also in the Items List and in the Item Setup form.

To view the item details on the account level:
- From the main CStoreOffice® menu, go to Price Book > Items.
- Find the item you need.
- Select the item and click the View button.

In the Item Setup form, depending on what item level the form is opened, you can view the following sections with the item's data:
- Account level:
- Global Item Attributes
- Account Item Attributes
- Tags
- Purchases & Cost
- Cost
- Sales & Retail
- Inventory
- Taxation Settings
- Product code settings
- Linked Items
- Related Information
- Reports
- Item Movement
- New Items Manager

To switch between the account and station levels, in the list located at the top left of the item setup form, select either of the following values:
- Account level: Click it, if you want to open the item setup form at the account level.
- Station name: Click the name of the station, if you want to open the item setup form for this station.
