Go Loyalty with SmartPOS Quick Start Guide
Follow the procedure below, to learn the step-by step instructions on how to set up, configure and start using the Go Loyalty portal with SmartPOS cash register.
Before you start implementing your loyalty strategy:
- Define the primary objectives of the loyalty program.
- Decide on the program type.
- Select what items will be promoted.
- Define the target audience.
- Design the loyalty program rules.
- Activate the loyalty settings by contacting the Petrosoft Support representative.
For setting up a loyalty program:
- Create a loyalty program.
You must create a new loyalty program and set up basic settings for it such as program title, description, duration and loyalty rewards limits. - Obtain the loyalty ID range.
You must request from Petrosoft a range of loyalty IDs for consumers who are going to take part in the loyalty program. On obtaining the loyalty IDs, you need to give them to your consumers, for example, printed on loyalty cards or as numeric IDs linked to phone numbers. - Set up loyalty promotions.
You must set up promotions for Price Book items to which the loyalty program will be applied. - Set up loyalty discounts.
If the loyalty program presupposes discounts for frequent consumers, you must set up fixed or variable discount rates when requesting a loyalty ID range.
After you set up promotions in the Price Book, you must sent updated information to the cash register.
