Switching to the Orders Management Interface
Depending on the current interface, you can switch to the orders management interface in the following ways:
Switching to the Orders Management Interface from the Main Interface
When the QwickServe Order Manager is launched, the main interface is displayed.
To switch from the main interface to the orders management interface:
- Tap Orders Queue.
- From the authorization panel:
- In the Employee list, select you user and tap it.
- Using the PIN Pad at the right of the panel, enter the user PIN.
Switching to the Orders Management Interface from the Administrator's Interface
To switch to the orders management interface from the administrator's interface:
- At the top left corner of the administrator's interface, tap the back icon.
- From the authorization panel:
- In the Employee list, select you user and tap it.
- Using the PIN Pad at the right of the panel, enter the user PIN.
About the Orders Management Interface
Orders management interface consists of 3 main parts.
- Toolbar (top menu)
- On the left side:
- The users icon that allows you to change the user who is processing orders. For details, see Changing the User.
- The gear icon that switches you to the administrator's interface. For details, see QwickServe Order Manager Administrator's Interface.
- Current user name
- Local date and time.
- In the middle: The total number of orders and the number of rush orders. For details, see Orders Statuses.
- On the right side:
- The close shift icon that allows you to close the current shift. For details, see Closing the Shift.
- The synchronize icon that allows you to check the synchronization status of the QwickServe Order Manager. For details, see Monitoring Synchronization Status.
- The multiple orders view icon that switches you to the multiple orders view.
- The detailed order view icon that switches you to the detailed order view.
- Selected order details
- Order details:
- Order number.
- Service option: dine in or take out. The customer can only choose the service option if the corresponding options are allowed in the QwickServe Ordering Terminal Ordering Interface Settings.
- Name and contact phone provided by the customer who placed the order. The customer can only provide this information if the corresponding options are allowed in the QwickServe Ordering Terminal Ordering Interface Settings.
- Ordering date and time.
- Ordered meals.
- Actions you may perform with the order. For more information, refer to Working with Orders article.
- List of pending orders: tap the tile to view full details and manage the order.
