Monitoring Synchronization Status

You can quickly check the synchronization status of the QwickServe Order Manager using the Sync Status pane.

The Sync Status pane can help you detect possible connection problems and other issues that may occur in the QwickServe infrastructure and prevent the QwickServe Order Manager from functioning in the proper way.

To open the Sync Status pane, at the top right corner of the orders management interface, tap the Sync status icon. QwickServe Order Manager will display a pane reporting about the following statuses:

  • Connected to network: Connection of the QwickServe Order Manager device to the network.
  • Connected to Back Office: Connection of the QwickServe Order Manager device to the back-office system.
  • License Status: Report if the license installed on the QwickServe Order Manager device is still active.
  • Number of orders to sync: The number of orders that have been sent from the QwickServe Order Manager device to the Cloud but have not been delivered yet.
