How can I check if the Internet connection is shared with other devices in the QwickServe network?
Do the following:
- Connect a laptop to any port of the switch in the network.
- Open a web browser on the laptop and navigate to https://petrosoftinc.com.
If the connection is available, you will see the Petrosoft website in the browser.
How can I configure my router to share the Internet connection with DC-400 series device?
Follow the instructions on firewall setup provided in the manual for your router.
I have 8 ports on the switch, but there are 9 devices in my network.
Do one of the following:
- Obtain another switch and configure the network using two switches.
- Use a switch with a greater number of ports.
My firewall does not allow devices to connect to the Internet.
Follow the instructions on firewall setup provided in the manual for your router or call the system administrator to set up your network.
My devices cannot connect to the network and there is no Internet connection for them.
Do the following:
- Check the wiring.
- Check the indicator at the device to make sure the device is powered on.
- Check if DHCP is enabled in your network and IP addresses are automatically assigned.
