The BOL form presents a list of Bills of Lading (BOLs) for all fuel purchases for the station. Using this form, you can:
In CStoreOffice®, every BOL is associated with an invoice. When you create a new BOL, a corresponding invoice draft is automatically created in the Fuel Invoice form, (and visa versa). The invoice draft contains some pre-filled data, such as gallons delivered, fuel taxes and other data. However, this data must be reviewed and completed with the actual invoice data.
Please note that the data from the invoice draft affects inventory as soon as the draft is created.
