New invoice flow between locations

New feature.Retail 360 now supports streamlined invoice routing between locations within a single account. Retail 360 now allows you to designate one or more locations on your account as wholesalers. Invoices sent from these locations to other locations within the same account will automatically appear as EDI invoices at the target location. The invoice routing process is fully internal, bypassing external EDI providers to ensure maximum performance. Read Wholesale invoice flow between account locations for details. To set up a location as a wholesaler, please contact PetrosoftTechnical Support. A self-service Web UI for this feature will be included in future releases of Retail 360. |
Better handling of vendor's contact information

Enhancement. Improved the handling of vendors with multiple email addresses. Improved the management of contact details for vendors with multiple email addresses. This is an internal enhancement, that does not affect the Retail 360 user interface. |
Improved detection of dead items

Enhancement.The algorithm for identifying dead stock items in the Stock Movement and Item Movement reports was updated. For an item to be considered dead stock, it must meet all of the following criteria:

Custom period for stock movement calculations

Enhancement.You can now specify a custom date range for the Stock Movement report. The Stock Movement report now lets you define the date range for tracking sales and purchases to categorize items by sales performance (new, normal, fast-selling, slow, or dead). You can manually enter the start and end dates, or select from predefined date ranges. |
