SmartPOS License Management
In the License Management section, you can find the information about the SmartPOS license key and define what SmartPOS features are enabled.
To access the license settings in CStoreOffice®:
- From the product switcher, select SmartPOS.
- In the left menu, select License Management.
The License Management table provides the following information about each license.
- License key;
- Location where the license is installed;
- Device to which the license is assigned;
- Whether the license is enabled;
- License activation date;
- License status: New, Activated, Expired or Blocked (for example, if the license is duplicated);
- License expiration date.
To view information about a specific license, double-click it in the list.
General settings
General information about the license:
- License key;
- License states;
- Activation, expiration, warranty, and other license terms;
- Staging level. For customers who require support, the staging level is set to Production.
- The location (station) the license is assigned to.
- Verbose description for easier search and navigation.
Receipt
Image for receipts generated by SmartPOS. For derails, see Manage receipt image for with CStoreOffice®.
Customer Display
Images for the customer display of SmartPOS. For details, see Manage customer display images for SmartPOS with CStoreOffice®.
Hardware
Settings of hardware devices connected to the SmartPOS terminal.
Software
List of modules enabled for the SmartPOS terminal (Lottery, Video Journal, Fuel, QS Embedded, Real Time Inventory, Instant Pricebook, Soft Key, QwickServe Only).
To view the license support status, in the left menu select Remote Support and check the Support Status column for the necessary license. For details, see SmartPOS Remote Support.
