SmartPOS Remote Support

In the SmartPOS Remote Support section, you can find the information about the status of your support plan and your license.

To access the license settings in CStoreOffice®:

  1. From the product switcher, select SmartPOS.
  2. In the left menu, select Remote Support.

The Remote Support table provides the following information about each license:

  • License Key
  • CSO Account/Station
  • Phone
  • Last IP
  • Support Status
  • License Status

To view more detailed information about a specific license, double-click it in the list.
