Manage customer display images for SmartPOS with CStoreOffice®

With CStoreOffice®, you can upload and remove images that appear on the customer-facing display of SmartPOS. To mange the customer display images of SmartPOS with CStoreOffice®, follow these steps:

1. From the product switcher, select SmartPOS.
2. In the left menu, select License Management.
3. Double-click the license key of the SmartPOS device you want to manage the customer display images of.
   
4. Select Customer Display from the menu on the left.
   

There are two sections for the customer display images:

5. Fullscreen Ads: The fullscreen ad image fills the screen of the customer display when there is no basket on the screen. You can upload unlimited number of the fullscreen ads. When there are two or more uploaded images, the images slideshow occurs on the customer display.
6. Small ads: The small ad image appears right to the basket on the screen of the customer display. You can upload unlimited number of the small ads. When there are two or more uploaded images, the images slideshow occurs on the display.

The Rotation Interval (sec) value defines the time the next images appears during the slide show in seconds. The default value is 10 seconds.

Uploading new customer display images for SmartPOS

To upload a new customer display image for SmartPOS with CStoreOffice®, follow these steps:

1. If you want to replace the current image, remove it first, then return to step 2 of this procedure.
3. Click Choose image from your computer and select the image you want upload from your computer or you can drag and drop the image.

   

4. To upload another image, repeat step 3 of this procedure.
5. You can drag the image to change its place in the slideshow.

   

6. To change the slideshow speed on the customer display, enter the time you want the next image to appear during the slideshow in the Rotation interval (sec) field.

   

7. After uploading the images, click Save in the upper right corner of the page to save the changes..

   

8. Do one of the following:
9. Wait for 5 minutes for the image to appear on the display of SmartPOS.
10. To update the image on the display of SmartPOS immediately, update the SmartPOS price book. For details, see General Information.

Removing customer display images for SmartPOS

To remove an image from the customer display of SmartPOS with CStoreOffice®, follow these steps:

1. Hover the cursor over the image you want to remove and click the cross icon.

   

2. To save the changes, click Save in the upper right corner of the page.

   

3. Do one of the following:
4. Wait for 5 minutes for the image to remove from the screen of SmartPOS.
5. To remove the image from SmartPOS immediately, update the SmartPOS price book. For details, see General Information.
