Retail 360 Mobile Permissions

To use the Retail 360 Mobile features, you need to assign relevant permissions to the roles or users in CStoreOffice® depending on their business roles and scope of responsibility.

Once any of the Retail 360 Mobile permissions is granted to the user, it is required to log out of the Retail 360 Mobile app and log into it again in order for the changes to take effect.

To manage Retail 360 Mobile permissions, you need to have active CStoreOffice® subscription. For more information about Petrosoft subscriptions, visit Petrosoft Customer Portal.

Please note that to access the Retail 360 Mobile app itself, the user must have the Allow access to Retail360 app permission granted. For more information, see Retail 360 Mobile App Main Permission.

You can manage Retail 360 Mobile app's permissions to the following modules, forms, and features:

Granting a Permission to the User in CStoreOffice®

Please note that once a permission is granted to the user, it is required to log out of the Retail 360 Mobile app and log into it again in order for the changes to take effect.

To grant or deny a permission to the user in CStoreOffice®:

  1. Open either of the following user settings in CStoreOffice®:
  • User role: Role Setup form > Access Data Types list.
  • Employee form: Employee Setup form > Login & PasswordAdvanced.
  1. In the search field, type the permission name.
  2. To view the names of permissions for the feature you need, select the relevant subsection in the Retail 360 Mobile Permissions section.

  3. Do either of the following:
  • To grant a permission, click the allow icon to the right of the permission name.

  • To deny a permission, click the deny icon to the right of the permission name.
