To register a new VNNOX-compatible price pole:
- Log in to Retail 360 Mobile app.
- From the top menu, swipe left until the Devices menu.
- In the devices list, tap Activate a New Device and select Price Pole.
- If you have several locations, tap the location where the device is installed. If you have only one location, it will be chosen automatically.
- If your price pole device has a QR code with connection information, scan it with your Retail 360 Mobile device to automatically fill out the required connection details.
- Fill out the device details or update the information obtained from the QR code. (see Step 5):
- Location: The location where the price pole is installed. This field is populated automatically with the location selected on Step 4.
- Device name: A descriptive name to help you easily search for and identify this price pole later.
- Contact Petrosoft Support for information on API connection settings.
- In the bottom menu, swipe up the Add Device button.
- Retail 360 Mobile connects to the price pole via cloud API, detects its capabilities and adds it to the Devices list.
Otherwise, fill out the required information manually (see the next step).
It may take some time for Retail 360 Mobile to connect to the API and fetch the device information. Please wait a while before the price pole appears in the list.
