Fuel Sales Comparison Report
This section describes the specifics of accessing and interpreting the Fuel Sales Comparison Report.
A newer version of the report is available at Reports > Fuel > Sales > Fuel Sales Comparison New. Current report version is planned to be replaced by a new one in the next 23.0.0 CStoreOffice® Release. To learn more about updated report's functionality, see Fuel Sales Comparison New Report.
Opening the Report
You can find the report at Reports > Fuel > Sales > Fuel Sales Comparison.
The Fuel Sales Comparison report can be opened at all levels:
- Account
- Company
- Division
- Location (Station)

Viewing the Report
The Fuel Sales Comparison report provides the fuel sales data by fuel types for the selected locations (stations).
For more information on how to configure fuel types, see Mix & Fuels Settings.
The report provides the following fuel sales data:
- In the Total Gasoline Gallon Sales columns:
- CY: Fuel sales at the selected date in the current year.
- LY: Fuel sales at the selected date in the last year.
- DIFF: Difference between fuel sales at the selected date in the current and last years.
- % DIFF: Percentage difference between fuel sales at the selected date in the current and last years.
- For each fuel type:
- CY: Fuel sales at the selected date in the current year.
- LY: Fuel sales at the selected date in the last year.
- DIFF: Difference between fuel sales at the selected date in the current and last years.
- % DIFF: Percentage difference between fuel sales at the selected date in the current and last years.
- In the Total Fuel Sales and Total Store Sales columns:
- $ CY: Total fuel sales at the selected date in the current year.
- $ LY: Total fuel sales at the selected date in the last year.
- $ DIFF: Total difference between fuel sales at the selected date in the current and last years.
- % DIFF: Total percentage difference between fuel sales at the selected date in the current and last years.
Filtering the Report Data
To get the exact information you need, you can apply filters to the report. To set up a filter, select one or more filtering options. Once the filter is set up, at the bottom of the filter section, click the Refresh button to display the report data by the filter criteria.
The report provides the following filtering options:
- Date. Select the date for which to display the data inclusively and then click Refresh.
- advanced. Click the advanced button, in the Stations Included filter, select the stations you want to view the report for.
