You can set up the transaction-level scan data export to the R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company (RJR) and automatically retrieve and apply discounts and promotions on RJR products via integration with the RJR Discount API.
Data submission
To submit transaction-level scan data to RJR, subscribe for the following Petrosoft products:
- Scan Data: Automatically sends tobacco sales data to RJR.
- CStoreOffice®/Retail 360 Tobacco Scan Data Supporting RJR report: Sets up the transaction-level scan data export to RJR.
Loyalty participation
To automatically retrieve and apply discounts and promotions on R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company products, subscribe for the following Petrosoft products:
- Scan Data Loyalty: Configures loyalty promotions, sends them to compatible cash registers, and reports customers’ phone numbers to RJR for reimbursement.
