The Go Loyalty mobile app is a digital wallet for exclusive tobacco and store offers. The app is available for both iOS and Android:
- Install Go Loyalty app on your iPhone.or iPad.
- Install Go Loyalty Rewards app on your Android device.
The app currently only works in United States.
Registration
Sign up by your US mobile phone number, which is also used as a loyalty ID. There is no need to remember a separate username or card number.
- Enter your US mobile number and tap the Log In button,
- You will receive a one-time SMS code.
- Enter the code to verify your phone.
- Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Age verification
To comply with legal requirements, tobacco offers are "age gated." You must be 21+ to view them. If you see a "21+ Verification Required" card, it means we have not yet confirmed your age.
To quickly check your account status and confirm your age, switch to the Profile screen.
Instant age verification
Open your profile and tap the Start verification button to complete a secure identity check via our external provider.
Verification by purchase history
If you have previously made verified tobacco purchases at the store using this phone number, the app automatically unlocks age restricted offers after 10 verified purchases.
Browsing offers
Go Loyalty app shows you nearby stores with loyalty offers, so you never miss a discount. You can browse offers by categories like Soft Drinks, Cigarettes, Smokeless, Cigars, E-Vapor, and so on. Official manufacturer offers (such as Altria) will always appear at the top of the list.
Tap any offer to see the full terms, including expiration dates, quantity limits (e.g., "Limit 2 per day"), and specific savings (e.g., "Save $1.50 on 2 packs").
You can add specific offers to favorites so you can quickly access them without searching through the long list.
Redeem offers
You do not need to scan a barcode from your phone screen.
- Go to the register at the participating store.
- Type your mobile phone number into the pin pad or tell it to the cashier.
- Any applicable discounts you saw in the app will apply automatically to your transaction.
Notifications
Enable Push Notifications to receive alerts about new offers.
Tapping a notification will take you directly to the specific deal in the app so you never miss a limited-time offer.
