Logging into the Retail360 app
For logging into Retail 360 Mobile, you will need to prepare your Petrosoft account's credentials. If you do not have the Petrosoft account yet:
- Use the Demo account available in the app without registration. It will guide you through all app features and demonstrate how Retail 360 Mobile may help you to manage your stores. For more information, see Using the Retail 360 Mobile Demo Account.
- Sign up for Retail 360 Mobile and log into it with your account. For more information, see Signing up for the Retail360 app.
To log in to Retail 360 Mobile after its installation is complete:
- Open the application installed on your device.
- In the Email field, type the email address of your Petrosoft account.
- In the Password field, type the password of your Petrosoft account.
- In the bottom of the screen, swipe up from the Continue button.
- If your system administrator enabled two-factor authentication for your account, do the following:
- If you log in for the first time or after recovering your password, enroll your mobile device for two-factor authentication first. For details, see Signing up for the Retail360 app.
- If you enrolled for two-factor authentication previously, enter the one-time code generated by the authenticator app in the One-time code field and swipe up.
- If you removed your token in the authenticator app, do the following:
- Change your password.
- Enroll your mobile device for two-factor authentication. For details, see Signing up for the Retail360 app.
To automatically log in to the application using the specified account, set the Remember me and sign in automatically toggle into the On position.
