Signing up for the Retail360 app

To create an account in Retail 360:

  1. Download the Retail360 app on your device:
  1. Install Retail360 app and launch it.
  2. Swipe left to the Sign Up tile.
  3. In the Sign Up screen, enter the following user data:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Password
  1. In the bottom of the screen, swipe up from the Sign Up button.

  2. Check your email for the activation email and follow the instructions in the email to activate your accout.
  3. In the bottom of the screen, swipe up from the Continue to Sign In button.

  4. When your email is confirmed and account is created, swipe left to the Sign In tile, enter your email and password and swipe up to log into the Retail360 app. For more information, see Logging Into Retail 360 Mobile


    If your system administrator enabled two-factor authentication for your account, the Mobile Authenticator Setup screen appears.

  5. To enroll your mobile device for two-factor authentication, do the following:
  6. Download and install one of these authenticator apps on your mobile device:
  7. FreeOTP
  8. Google Authenticator
  9. Set time to automatically update in the settings of your mobile device. Automatic time update is required for generation of one-time codes.
  10. Copy the key from the Mobile Authenticator Setup screen to the authenticator app to generate your token.
  11. Enter the one-time code generated by the authenticator app in the One-time code field, swipe up from the bottom to reveal the Continue tile, and swipe up to log in to the Retail360 app.


  12. Only the one-time code will be required for the future log-ins. For more information, see Logging Into Retail 360 Mobile.

The user accounts created in Retail 360 Mobile can be also managed via CStoreOffice®. For more information, see Managing Employees.
