Altria API Setup
With Altria API, you can receive your Altria promotions and pull them automatically into CStoreOffice® or Retail 360 Mobile for further processing.
Altria API is configured in your personal profile on the Petrosoft Customer Portal. The setup procedure is equally easy for both single and several stores and includes 3 simple steps described below.

Setting up Altria API for a single store
To set up Altria API for a single store, follow the steps listed below:
To create or log into your account:
- Go to my.petrosoftinc.com.
- At the top right or bottom left of the portal's main page, click Sign In.
- In the Sign in to Petrosoft Cloud form:
- Enter the login and password from your Petrosoft account.
- Click Login.
If you have not registered in Petrosoft ecosystem yet, click Create An account, complete the account registration procedure and come back to this form for logging in.
To purchase the Scan Data subscription at the Petrosoft Customer Portal:
- Go to the Home page of the Petrosoft Customer Portal.
- In the Requires your Attention section, go to Assign 1 Subscription.
- To the right of the Scan Data Subscription option, click Assign.
- In the Scan Data Subscription form:
- Select your store and click Continue.
- Select the company or vendor you are working with and click Done.
Currently only Altria must be selected.
Please note that before proceeding with the Altria API setup, you need to contact your Altria representative and sign the API consent form.
To proceed with the Altria API setup:
- Go to the Home page of the Petrosoft Customer Portal.
- In the Requires your Attention section, go to Setup 2 Subscriptions.
- Right to the Scan Data Subscription with the Altria vendor option, click Begin Setup.
- In the Scan Data for Altria form:
- Click Proceed to Set Up.
- In the Single Account section, enter the following data provided by Altria:
- Account Number
- Account Login
- Account Password
Make sure the data provided from Altria is entered correctly into this form. Otherwise, promotions will not be pulled into your account.
- Click Submit.
- Click Done.
- Wait until promotions are pulled. It may take up to 30 minutes.
Depending on the product you use, you can check pulled promotions in the following ways:
- CStoreOffice®: Go to Price Book > Promotions.

- Push promotions to the cash registers installed in your stores. Depending on the product you use, do either of the following:
- CStoreOffice®: Go to Cash Register Updates Manager > Changes > Updates > Promotions and then click Accept Changes.

Setting up Altria API for several stores
To set up Altria API for several stores, follow the steps listed below:
To create or log into your account:
- Go to my.petrosoftinc.com.
- At the top right or bottom left of the portal's main page, click Sign In.
- In the Sign in to Petrosoft Cloud form:
- Enter the login and password from your Petrosoft account.
- Click Login.
If you have not registered in Petrosoft ecosystem yet, click Create an Account, complete the account registration procedure and come back to this form for logging in.

- Enter the RCN numbers into the corresponding fields and click Submit.
- Wait until the information provided is checked by the system.
When the data is uploaded successfully, the green check marks are displayed for each store. - Wait until promotions are pulled. It may take up to 30 minutes.
Depending on the product you use, you can check pulled promotions in the following ways:
- CStoreOffice®: Go to Price Book > Promotions.

To set up Altria API for multiple accounts, follow the steps listed below:

- Enter the login and password from your Petrosoft account.
- Click Login.

- Enter the following information provided by Altria:
- Select the Account Number from the drop down.
- Account Login
- Account Password
- Wait until the information provided is checked by the system.
When the data is uploaded successfully, the green check marks are displayed for each store.
You can select not all available stores and set them up later on.
- Wait until promotions are pulled. It may take up to 30 minutes.
