Completing Order

When all items in the order are prepared, it is necessary to complete the order.

IMPORTANT! Make sure you complete all processed orders on the QwickServe Order Manager. Incomplete orders are accumulated in the queue which overloads the device memory what, in turn, may cause device failure.

To complete the order:

  1. Mark the order or all its items, if any, as completed. For details, see Marking Order as Completed.
  2. If the order contains age-restricted items, you will need to confirm the customer's age during its completion.

  3. Mark order as paid. For details, see Marking Order as Paid.

IMPORTANT! Make sure you complete the orders following the steps above to ensure the corresponding reports information is correct.

After the order is fully complete, it is moved to the History tab where you can view it later on, if needed. For more information, see Viewing Orders History.
