Integration Highlights
Dec 15, 2021 Release
- The Acumera router can now be monitored in CStoreOffice®
- Petro-Canada (Suncor) network certification
- Altria's promotional API for Scan Data
- External Promo ID value can now be sent to new and installed POS systems
- Data Ventures integration supports compatible data exports
Some updates you may have missed in previous releases:
- Mako and Acumera are now integrated with their corresponding Verifone and Gilbarco Passport cash registers
- Added a new Pricebook download to CR option for Bulloch BT9000, Esso, Touch, and BT9000(PC)
- Verifone cash registers setup has been enhanced, system reliability has been improved by setting the defaults to HTTP API and manual entry of period values has been automated
- The Bulloch Item Number mandatory field has been added to the Global Attributes section of the item setup form
- Bulloch, SmartPOS and ITL enhancements, enabling new promotion types
- Radiant enhancements, enabling promotions priority ranking
- Price book data can now be downloaded to the Bulloch BT9000(PC) cash register in two possible formats, Proprietary or NAXML

Data Entry Module
Some updates you may have missed in previous releases:
- Adding POS data exchange functionality for Mako and Acumera and their corresponding Verifone and Gilbarco Passport cash registers
- Adding a new Pricebook download to CR option for Bulloch BT9000, Esso, Touch, and BT9000(PC)
- Verifone cash registers setup has been enhanced, system reliability has been improved by setting the defaults to HTTP API and manual entry of period values has been automated
- Direct Connect (DC) box enhanced:
- Shift reports, PJR files and other data from the cash registers data transfers are improved
- The Description field has been increased to display the whole error description at once, incorrect shift period setup and other errors from the cash register are now displayed in the report
Inventory

The Other Charges field is now available in Manual Invoice Entry and Items can now be selected using a UPC-A or UPC-E code.

- Store Inventory Conducted by a 3rd Party Company is enhanced, a new CSO Inventory File Format with SKU Code Type inventory file format has been added and can be both downloaded and uploaded in this format
- Manual Invoice Entry enhancement, several new permissions have been added to grant or forbid access to the Invoices functionality

Price Book

- Vendor Cost Wizard is enhanced, the item's current and selected vendors are now displayed to simplify setting up the item's negotiated cost
- Cost Changes History log is enhanced, added are two new columns: the user and process which triggered the changes
- Import Tool now includes a new field, Gift Card Terms & Conditions, and Drafts have vendor cost data for existing and new POS systems
Some updates you may have missed in previous releases:
- Two new fields were added to Items > Price Management, created by and create at (created date) fields
- New CR Transaction Quantity Limit added, enabling quantity limits by department and/or items
- New Price Book Visualizer has been added, enabling parent-child relationships to be monitored and analyzed more effectively
- POS integrations have been enhanced:
- The Bulloch Item Number mandatory field has been added to the Global Attributes section of the item setup form
- Price book data can now be downloaded to the Bulloch BT9000(PC) cash register in two possible formats, Proprietary or NAXML

Promotions

- Promotions can now be deleted
- Promotions by Tag report has new filtering options and a new report line was added to report items sold that didn't take advantage of the promotion

Reports

- A search field in Reports is added, enabling the ability to search by location, company, or division by its name
- The Itemized Inventory by Tags report loading speed is improved
- The Shift History report added a field to display reprocessing
- GSAP Reports field has changed, Total Sales - incl tax column is now Net Sales
- The Promotions by Tag report is enhanced (see Promotions section)
- The Shortages report has two new fields, Location ID and Location Name, and added is the Consolidate Data by Category option to the Export preferences section of the Export customization
- GPM report now defaults to a backward rolling 12-month period start date

- A new Dashboard menu item has been added to reports, enabling the ability to create dashboards
- Movement report has been enhanced, enabling new filtering capabilities
- Item Shortage report has been enhanced, options now include the account, company, division and location level
- A new Item Log button is added to the quick buttons on the Items list, enabling faster access
- The Credit/Debit Cards Summary report is now the MOPs Summary report
- New data report export formats:
- The Reconcile Deposits report data can now be exported into an XLS file with the default displayed report fields or in a raw data format
- Purchases data in a specific IBM IS400 format can now be exported
- Item sales data can now be exported to the SFTP server
- Fuel BOLs data can now be exported into the *.CSV file and sent to a specific email within the specified schedule
- The Itemized Inventory by Tags report's data export enhancement, the report can now be exported to in an XLS file format with expanded subtotals in one click.
- A new External Number field has been added to the Item Tag in the Price Book > Item Tags list, this enables sales, COGS, shrink reports to be compatible with GSAP systems

A new datatype field selection is required every time a transaction category is created or its name is updated.
Vendors
