In a location where SmartPOS operates in the self-checkout mode, the location's personnel must perform the following operations:
- Assist the customers when they ask for help or the SmartPOS unit makes a pee-pee sound meaning someone requested assistance.
- If any age-restricted item is available in the self-checkout mode, verify customers' age.
- If the customers have no permission to void items without personnel's confirmation, confirm void for items.
