Electronic Journal displays system and user events logged by SmartPOS.
To view the Electronic Journal screen on SmartPOS with the events history, the user must have the Video Journal permission. For more information on how to assign permissions to users, see User Role and Permissions.
The Electronic Journal consists of the following sections:
- Events Log: For more information, see Events Log.
- Event Details: For more information, see Event Details.
- Navigation Panel: For more information, see Navigation Panel.
- (Optional) Cameras: For more information, see Cameras.
The Cameras section is available only when the Video Journal module is turned on at the back-office side. For more information on how to work with Video Journal, see About Video Journal.
