SmartPOS Cloud Settings

When you configure SmartPOS terminals, you can define what back-office system must be used to support front-end services. The back-office system is where you manage retail operations not related to direct sales. With the back-office system, managers can set up and maintain the Price Book, organize and keep track of inventory, view sales statistics and so on.

SmartPOS allows you to use the following solutions as back-office systems:

• CStoreOffice®
• Third-party applications

If you use CStoreOffice® as the back-office system for SmartPOS terminals, you can view and configure the following settings for SmartPOS on the CStoreOffice® side:

• Cash register settings
• License settings
• SmartPOS users
• Item description to be printed on the receipts
