About Qwickserve

Qwickserve by Petrosoft is an integrated technology solution for restaurants and other foodservice operators. Before You Begin

Before you start using Qwickserve, make sure the following conditions are met:

• You are registered in the Petrosoft ecosystem.
• Your basic Petrosoft account is configured properly.

Getting Started with Qwickserve

Step 1: Qwickserve equipment configuration

1. Contact Petrosoft Sales representatives to confirm your equipment delivery options (or wait until a sales representative contacts you).
2. Get your configured equipment and install it at your site.

In case you need assistance in configuring your equipment during its installation on your site, please contact our Qwickserve Support Team.

Step 2: Configure the Qwickserve settings on your locations

1. Log into Petrosoft Cloud using your credentials.

3. Follow the procedure on setting up Qwickserve the first time described in the Setting Up Qwickserve First Time section.
