Getting assistance
If you are a new user, you will be receiving steps to complete your login process shortly.
- Configure your location within the QwickServe Order Manager app. Follow the steps described here.
- Track your hardware shipment in the Customer Portal here.
- Connect your hardware. Follow the steps described here.
Login credentials for the Customer Portal are the same as for the Petrosoft Cloud account.
If you have not received your hardware yet, we recommend you to proceed with other steps, such as Build Up Your Menu and Setting Up Payment Solutions.

- We will call you at the date and time that works for your schedule. Appointments are estimated to take 1 hour.
Your taxation settings will be set up during this appointment.

Your account has been pre-populated with a list of nationwide best-selling items and a Golden Standard Menu structure.
- Shortly, our Price Book team will be contacting you to set up a time to review the menu, as well as show you how to add additional items and promotions. This appointment will last 1 hour.
- In the meantime, please familiarize yourself with the menu building steps here.
Once you have your menu built, it is time for the last step!

- Activate your QwickServe Order Manager (QwickServe Order Manager). Follow the steps described here.
- Set up and link your payment processor to QwickServe Cloud. Follow the steps described here.
- Configure the additional settings at QwickServe Order Manager. Follow the steps described here.
