Configuring CStoreOffice® for Sending Product Stock Levels

To configure the product stock levels data sending in CStoreOffice®:

  1. (For system users only) Set up the minimum amount of days, during which last full physical inventory must be performed to trigger the automatic sending of the product stock levels data:
  1. From the CStoreOffice® home page, go to SettingsGeneral > Setup Account.
  2. At the bottom of the Setup Account form, click Edit.
  3. In the CR POS Settings section > Last Itemized Inventory Date Depth field, enter the amount of days. Default value is 60 days.
  4. At the bottom of the Setup Account form, click Save.

  1. Set up the cash register for sending product stock levels automatically after each shifts acceptance:
  2. From the main CStoreOffice® page, go to Data Entry > Dashboard > Station OptionsCash Register.
  3. In the Cash Register form, click Advanced and go to the Shared Options section.
  4. In the Upload product stocks automatically list, select On accepted shift.

  5. At the top right of the form, click Save.
  6. Set up the Product Stock Upload Widget in Dashboards to monitor your stock levels data:
  7. From the main CStoreOffice® page, go to Reports > Dashboards.
  8. Select existing dashboard or add a new one. In the example displayed in the image below a new Product Stock Upload dashboard is added.
  9. At the top right of the selected dashboard, click Add Widget.
  10. In the Widgets list, select the Product Stock Upload Widget and add it to the Dashboard.
