Petrosoft offers a tiered ecosystem of loyalty and compliance solutions designed primarily for convenience stores and gas stations. These solutions range from automated tobacco rebate compliance to full-scale, store-branded customer rewards programs.
The solution is divided into three main components: Scan Data, Scan Data Loyalty, and Go Loyalty. While they can be purchased separately, they are designed to stack. A retailer might start with Scan Data to get basic tobacco checks. They then upgrade to Scan Data Loyalty to maximize that revenue. Finally, they implement Go Loyalty to use those same POS capabilities to drive sales in the rest of the store (like food or fuel) and send targeted communication to customers through a mobile app.
Scan Data
Automates the reporting of tobacco sales data to manufacturers (Altria Group Distribution Company and R.J. Reynolds) to qualify for standard rebates.The system connects to your Point of Sale (POS) and automatically formats and sends your sales transaction history to the tobacco product manufacturers on a weekly basis.
This is a "set it and forget it" tool that eliminates manual data entry. It ensures you receive the base-level reimbursement (buydowns) for tobacco promotions you run, protecting your margins.
Scan Data Loyalty
An add-on to the standard Scan Data service that enables higher-tier rebates by capturing and reporting specific customer data.
It allows the POS to accept a customer's phone number or Loyalty ID during a tobacco transaction. This specific data is then matched with the sales transaction and reported to the manufacturer. By reporting this extra layer of data, retailers qualify for significantly higher rebates and exclusive manufacturer-funded promotions.
Unlike a full store loyalty program, customers do not need to register a full profile to use this; they simply enter a phone number at the pump or register to trigger the tobacco discount.
Go Loyalty
A comprehensive loyalty platform that covers the entire store, not just tobacco.
This is a customer-facing program where shoppers earn points for purchases (food, drinks, fuel). It includes a web portal and an Android/iOS mobile app for you to manage promotions and a customer portal where shoppers can track their points. Go Loyalty digital platform is certified by Altria and allows you to participate in Tier 3 Altria Group Distribution Company Digital Trade Program.
