The driver's working hours during a shift are displayed as a green rectangle with the hour range on it. Blue markers below the working hours represent projected orders assigned to the driver for this shift. The size of the blue marker depends on the actual trip duration calculated for the order. Ideally, the orders below the shift should be distributed with minimal gaps to ensure optimal workforce usage.
Look out for undeliverable orders: standalone orders in the driver's row, which are outside the driver's working hours; and orders stacked below the shift, which indicates that the order's delivery times overlap. Orders like these must be assigned to another driver or re-scheduled for a different time.
When you work with a specific driver's shift, it is recommended to magnify the time scale to get a more a more detailed view of the orders' delivery times.
You can change the drivers' working hours and assign orders to different drivers. If you need to change the delivery time for an order, you can do it on the other Dispatchers' Forms.
You can edit working hours only if the Schedule switcher is selected.
You can edit orders only if the Order switcher is selected.

Unassigned orders are displayed in the last row of the list of drivers for every truck terminal. Assign them to a driver or review and edit on the Order form.

You can switch between different work modes by means of the following switchers in the upper-left corner of the page:
