About Dispatchers' Forms
Dispatchers' forms are the main tools for truck terminal dispatchers in Fuel Central. They are intended to assist dispatchers in their daily routine by automating some regular tasks and providing visual aids and a handy toolset for other tasks.
There are three Dispatchers' forms:
- Schedule. Presents a list of locations with orders and calculated delivery windows for each location. Use this form to get a big picture of all the orders scheduled for a two-week period and optimize delivery times. For more information, see Schedule Form.
- Order. Provides detailed information about a specific order and location, including current and forecasted fuel inventory, pricing, and assigned driver's schedule. Use this form to review, edit, and confirm scheduled orders, and create new ones. For more information, see Order Form.
- Drivers. Presents workload and calculated delivery schedule for each driver. Use this form to optimize the company's workforce and assets utilization. For more information, see Drivers Form.
The forms are intended for working with the three of them at the same time. We recommend having the three forms open simultaneously, with the Schedule form in the center. This way the forms complement each other, and, basically, you can use them as one comprehensive toolkit for performing dispatcher's daily tasks.

- When you move an order to change its delivery time in the Order form, the delivery time changes accordingly in the Schedule form and Drivers form.
- When you assign the order to another driver on the Order form, the order is moved to the new driver's schedule in the Drivers form.
