Current order is displayed as a blue rectangle.
To change the order's delivery time, drag the blue rectangle horizontally. As you move it, the recommended order remains unchanged and is displayed as a brown rectangle, so you can evaluate the new time and return to the recommended one if necessary. If you save the changes, the new delivery time is applied, and the brown rectangle changes its position to coincide with the blue one.
An order can be moved within its delivery window. As you move the order, you can view the exact hours of the delivery window in the pop-up dialog above the order.
Orange rectangles are other orders scheduled for this location. You can work with only one order at a time. If you want to switch to another order for this station, double-click the orange rectangle. The orange rectangle becomes blue, the page is updated to show information for this order, and the order is highlighted on the Schedule and Drivers forms.
The location's blackout hours are filled with red in the same row as orders. Load cannot be accepted during the blackout hours.
You can notice the following indicators on the order:
- Dark vertical marker. The actual delivery time.
Do not use the blue rectangle to evaluate the exact delivery time or trip duration. It is just a marker with fixed size. For example, if it overlaps with the blackout hours, the delivery time may actually be hours away from the blackout period (if the time scale is shrunk).
- White letter or icon. Order type. "P" — projected, checkmark — confirmed, "h" — hard, note icon — completed.
- Percentage (only for projected orders). The projected order accuracy (depending on the amount and quality of data used for calculation).
- Number (for confirmed, hard, and completed orders). Automatically assigned order number.

Below the order you can see projected schedule of the driver assigned to the order. If you assign the order to another driver either on the Drivers form or in the Drivers/Carriers box on this page, the schedule is updated.
Working hours of the driver are displayed as a grey container. Orange marker on it is the current order. Blue markers are other orders in the driver's schedule. The size of the marker depends on the estimated trip duration.

Rows below the order and driver's schedule are filled with different colors depending on the projected inventory level for the location. As opposed to the Schedule form, inventory level for each product on the station is displayed, and the projected orders are already taken into account. When you change the order's delivery time, the inventory level changes accordingly.
Hover over the inventory level row below a specific time on the time scale to see the exact number of gallons projected for this product at this time.
For more information about inventory levels, see About Inventory Levels.

This area presents available product types and minimum (Min) and maximum (Safe Fill) product levels set for this location. Additional information for each product is displayed in the corresponding row in the areas to the right.

This area shows current inventory level for the location based on the latest update. These data used for calculating the projected orders and projected inventory. You can see the remaining number of gallons for each product at the location, date and time of the latest update, and projected time before the RunOut.
To make sure that the latest data is used for calculations, do one of the following:
- If you want to force the automatic data update from the location, click Update.
- If you cannot use the automatic update, but have the latest data form the location, enter it manually and click Save.

This area shows information pertaining to the recommended order. For each product type, you can see the number of gallons to be delivered, time before the projected RunOut after the delivery, and the date of the projected RunOut.

This area shows information pertaining to the actual order. For each product type, you must specify the exact name of the product and the amount to be delivered. List of actual products and prices are taken from the currently selected terminal.
It is convenient to compare prices from available vendors and select product and price in the price list. To open the price list, click Price at the bottom of the page. For more information, see Price later in this topic.
When you specify the amount of gallons for a product, you don't enter any number, but instead select trailer type compartments to be filled with this product.
If you want to view visual representation of fuel distribution in the compartments as you specify the amount of each product, click Compartments at the bottom of the page.
The date and time fields in the header of this area indicate the order delivery time. They are synchronized with the order on the Time Scale: if you change the time in the fields, the blue rectangle representing the order moves accordingly on the Time Scale, and vice versa.
There are two switchers in the area:
- Ordered. This switcher is selected by default. When it is selected, the gallons are shown as they are in the order.
- Delivered. When it is selected, the gallons are taken from the BOL when it is associated with the order.

This area shows the projected inventory for each product right after this order is delivered. When you move the order along the time scale, this area is simultaneously adjusting according to the changed delivery time. It is a convenient tool for determining the optimal delivery time.
A circle represents the fuel inventory for a product at the location, with its total capacity, minimum and maximum levels. Green color represents the delivered amount of this product, and blue color — the remaining amount of the product at the location at the time of the delivery.

The Refresh button appears in the lower-left corner of the page when any location or order related data have been changed automatically or manually, and it may have affected the order or driver schedule.

To apply the price, click the row with the price. The vendor that offers this price is automatically selected for the order, and the price is filled in the Actual Order area.

Click Info to expand or hide the breakdown of projected inventory changes for the location by days. Basically, it is the same information as you can see in the Product Inventory Level area, but presented as a text rather than visually and with more detail.

Click Compartments to expand or hide visual representation of current fuel distribution in the compartments of the default trailer for this order. It changes if you change the amount of each product in the Actual Order area.
