Integrating with Vroom Delivery

Vroom Delivery provides tools for retailers to set up personalized online stores that align with their brand. Through integration with CStoreOffice® with via the Business Documents API, you can seamlessly automate inventory management and menus.

Onboarding

Onboarding with Vroom Delivery is quick and straightforward, designed to get you up and running with minimal effort.

  1. Create an account at Vroom Delivery if you do not already have one. To create an account, contact Vroom Delivery Sales via the email sales@vroomdelivery.com.
  2. Purchase Business Documents API subscription and assign it to your business unit.
  3. Create a dedicated service account for Vroom Delivery integration in CStoreOffice®. From the CStoreOffice® main page, go to Settings > General > Employees, click New, and fill in the required details. Read the Creating an API User article for more information.
    If you do not have administrative permissions for CStoreOffice®, contact your system administrator to create an account for you.
  4. By default, CStoreOffice® requires users to update their password every 90 days, which may not be suitable for service accounts. To avoid interruptions of automated processes and integrations, use a special email address format for the account: <any text>.api@<domain name>.

  5. Inform the Vroom Delivery representative at brian.baker@vroomdelivery.com that the Business Documents API has been activated on the Petrosoft side, so they can proceed with the configuration on the Vroom Delivery side.
    Please mention the account's email address used in the Step 3 in the email.

For integration with Vroom Delivery, the Itemized Inventory and NAXML Data Maintenance business documents are used.
