Customers may switch between three types of interface in CStoreOffice®. They can also use the new interface in the Beta mode.
Currently, there is not possibility to add a notification to all interfaces and modes at once.
To make sure your notification is displayed for all customers, you need to add it 4 times for each interface and mode:
- Old or current mode: Default, Simple, and Extended interface.
- Beta mode: Simple interface.
You can access the component of each interface in the following ways:
- Switch to the interface/mode using the CStoreOffice® functionality.
- Use direct links from the Table 1 - Direct Links to CStoreOffice® Components below.
