Account Info
In the Account Info section, you can specify your personal details and set up information on the CStoreOffice® account.
You can perform the following actions:
Setting Up the Account Information
To set up information on your CStoreOffice® account, follow the steps:
- From the home CStoreOffice® page, go to Settings > Admin > Profile.
- In the Account Info form, specify your account details:
- Authentication Email: Login email used for logging in to CStoreOffice®. For details, see How to Set Up Authentication Email.
- Fist Name*
- Last Name*
- Language
- Address information: To specify the address information, from the Country list, select the necessary country and in the Address field, start typing your address. CStoreOffice® will display variants that match the entered address or a part of it, and automatically populate the address fields below depending on the selected variant.
- Email: Work email used for message exchange and getting system notifications.
- Phone
- Fax
- Beta: The toggle key used for switching to the Beta mode. For more information, see Turning Beta Mode On or Off.
The fields marked with asterisk are mandatory.
In case the Email field is left blank, system messages and notifications are sent to your authentication email.
Editing the Account Information
To edit your account information, open the Account Info form, make changes in the fields you need and then click Update.
To discard the unsaved changes, click Revert.
You cannot edit the authentication email in the Account Info section. In case you need to update the authentication email, contact your system administrator or call Petrosoft Support Team at 412-306-0640 ext.2.
Turning the Beta Mode On or Off
The Beta mode is displayed by default, if it is turned on in the system account settings.
If the Beta mode is turned off in the system account settings, you can turn it on and off, using the Account Info section.
To turn on the Beta mode in the system account settings, contact your system administrator or Petrosoft representative.
To turn on the Beta mode in the Account Info section:
- From the home CStoreOffice® page, go to Settings > Admin > Profile.
- In the Account Info form, set the Beta toggle to the On position.
To switch back to the standard home page design, set the Beta toggle to the Off position.
If the Beta mode is turned on in the system account settings, to turn it off, you need to contact your system administrator or Petrosoft representative.
