CR Information

In the right part of the Shift Report, there is the CR information box showing the following information:

  • Cash register number in the location.
  • Connection type, cash register brand and model.
  • Last and current status of the cash register.
  • Link to Direct Connect Log.

Cash register connection status

If an issue with the cash register connection occurs, a colorful ribbon appears. The ribbon contains the issue name and the Resolve Issue Now link to the online chat where you can request help in resolving the occurred issue.

Color of the frame changes to orange to red to warn about aggravation of possible consequences.

A gray frame appears for the stations that offline more than 30 days.
