This section describes the specifics of accessing and interpreting the Online Lottery Sales Audit History report.
Opening Report
You can find the report at Reports > Lottery > Sales > Online Lottery Sales Audit History. For more information, see Viewing Reports.
Viewing Report
This report shows the information on changes made at the Online Lottery Sales Audit Report.
The report contains the following information:
- ID
- Who
- Action
- Station
- Shift
- UPC
- From Date
- To Date
- Old Actual Sales
- New Actual Sales
- Old Actual Payouts
- New Actual Payouts
- Details
To view / hide the change details, click View Details / Hide Details.
Filtering Report Data
To get the exact information you need, you can apply filters to the report. To set up a filter, select one or more filtering options. Once the filter is set up, at the bottom of the filter section, click the Refresh button to display the report data by the filter criteria.
The report provides the following filtering options:
- By date. Select you are interested in from the calendar.
- Filter by. Click advanced. Select this filtering option and specify the filtering options - user, station and /or action - you are interested in, and then click Refresh.
Press CTRL to select several items at a time.
Additional Actions
To reload the form, click Refresh.
To open the report the Microsoft Excel document, click Convert to Excel.
To open the CStoreOffice® Help, click Help.
To create a ticket, click Feedback.
