This section describes the specifics of accessing and interpreting the Online Lottery Sales Audit report.
Opening the Report
You can find the report at Reports > Lottery > Sales > Online Lottery Sales Audit. For more information, see Viewing Reports.
Viewing the Report
This report shows the statistics of the online lottery sales by days and shifts. You can view shortages and overages for online lottery if you enter the actual online net sales numbers in the corresponding fields and click Save.
This report shows a list of all lottery games for the current station.
The report contains the following information:
- Date and shift number
- Online net sales amount
- Actual net sales amount from report
- Sales shortages and overages
- Lottery payouts
- Actual payouts from report
- Payouts shortages and overages
Additional Actions
To reload the form, click Refresh.
To print the report, click Print Version.
To open the report the Microsoft Excel document, click Convert to Excel.
To open the Petrosoft University Portal, click Help.
To create a ticket, click Feedback.
