QwickServe Order Manager and QwickServe Ordering Terminal Activation
Do the following:
- Make sure you have the Internet connection.
- Try to activate the device using the login and password. To do this, at the activation screen, tap Sign Up and enter the Petrosoft Cloud credentials.
- Check the license key you are entering. The license key consists of two digit groups with a period between them. The period must be entered as well.
If none of the above helps, call the Petrosoft Support Team.
Check the following:
- Make sure you can log in to CStoreOffice® with the login and password that you are using for device activation.
- Make sure the account you are using for device activation has enough rights and permissions. You can activate QwickServe devices only if you have the account owner rights or the QwickServe > Device Management right is granted to the account.
To check if the right is granted, do the following:
- At the top right corner of the CStoreOffice® home page, click your account name and select General > Employees.
- In the Employees list report form, select the necessary employee record.
- Click Login and Password.
- Next to the Role field, click the Advanced link.
- Under QwickServe, click Related Components.
- Make sure the QwickServe > Device Management permission is granted to the account.
Make sure the QwickServe device is set to obtain the IP address in the DHCP mode and what IP address the device has obtained.
If for some reason your local network configuration recommends or requires static IP assignment, you can set up a static IP address for the QwickServe device manually. For details, see Connecting QwickServe Ordering Terminal to the LAN and Connecting QwickServe Order Manager to the LAN.
