Sync Activity report

New feature. A new Sync Activity report provides administrators with complete visibility into the price book distribution tracking.

Administrators can now monitor and audit the complete lifecycle of price book updates across dealer networks using the new Sync Activity report. The report consolidates inbound data intake, master price book changes, outbound dealer distribution batches, and store-level feedback into a unified view.

The report includes the following sections:

  • SFTP/API intake log: Tracks inbound batches and calculated delta files for items and promotions, displaying new, updated, and deleted record counts.
  • Dealer distribution: Displays outbound batches sent to dealers with per-location delivery statuses.
  • Dealer actions and flags: Automatically flags instances where dealers modify or reject distributed items or promotions, tracking before-and-after values.
  • Items sent to dealer: Detailed item-level breakdown per batch and store.
  • Promotions sent to dealer: Detailed promotion-level breakdown per batch and store.
  • Local dealer items: Highlights items and promotions created locally by dealers that do not exist in the master price book.
  • Import issues: Provides visibility into failed and partial imports.

To access the report in the PIM management console, navigate to Reports > Sync Activity Report.
