Review management module

New feature. Loss Prevention Analytics provides a new workflow that allows to review high-risk POS transactions. The new Review Management module introduces a dedicated workflow for identifying, investigating, and documenting high-risk POS operations such as voids, refunds, no sales, and age-restricted transactions. The new user interface allows Loss Prevention Analytics managers to systematically process daily risk events and ensure full accountability with an unalterable audit log. Management gains real-time oversight through an integrated metrics bar displaying total risk events alongside pass, flagged, and review completion rates. An automated warning alerts users if the reviewed dataset drops below a specified percentage, preventing premature conclusions based on incomplete data. Transaction cards in Video Journal now support review statuses with comments To accelerate investigations, reviewer UI now include drill-downs for similar transactions and full history of risk events for a specific employee. With it, reviewers can instantly evaluate repeated cashier behavior or similar transaction patterns across time and location, reducing the time required to distinguish routine operations from potential loss incidents.
