What's New in LPA: Release 20.3.0

New! The new Loss Prevention Analytics dashboard has been implemented to provide the real time consolidated view of critical sales data by stations. Previous LPA Dashboard has been renamed to the LPA Settings Console.

Where: Loss Prevention Analytics module.

UI Changes: The following changes have been implemented:

• The Dashboard menu item has been added to the right menu of the Loss Prevention Analytics module. The Dashboard menu item opens a new LPA dashboard added to the CStoreOffice® dashboards.

• Previous LPA Dashboard has been renamed to the LPA Settings Console and has been moved under the Settings menu of the Loss Prevention Analytics module.

New! Three new statuses have been added to the Age Restricted Sales event and Age Verification filter alert for more thorough monitoring this critical type of sales in the risk event chronicles report and video journal provided by Loss Prevention Analytics.

Where: Loss Prevention Analytics module > Risk Event Chronicles report and Video Journal.

UI Changes: The Scanned, Manual, and Skipped statuses have been added to the following LPA reports:

• Risk Event Chronicles: Statuses added to the Age Restricted Sales event.

  

• Video Journal: Statuses added to the Age Restricted Sales event and Age Verification alert in the journal filters.

New! The new Age Restricted Sales widget has been implemented in the LPA Dashboard to display the detailed and up-to-date information about the age-restricted sales on all locations within a certain period of time
