Loyalty Configuration

To configure the Gilbarco Passport cash register for the Scan Data Loyalty promotions:

1. Log into the cash register installed on the site.
2. Select Set Up > Store > Loyalty Interface.
3. Click Add, to add a new Loyalty Interface.
4. Configure the following parameters and click Save:
1. In the General section, go to the Page 1 tab and configure the following mandatory settings:

• In the Loyalty Provider Name field, enter Petrosoft.
• In the Loyalty Provider Type list, select Generic.
• In the Enabled list, select Yes.
• In the Site Identifier field, enter the location or Business Unit ID from CStoreOffice®.

You can find your location ID in the Locations list. For more information, see Setting Up Locations.

• In the Host IP Address field, enter the IP address of the DC Box. Depending on the brand of your location, enter the following address:
  • For any brand but BP, enter the IP address of your DC Box. To find the IP address of your DC Box, follow the instructions in How to Find DC Box IP Address.
  • If the brand is BP, enter 192.168.13.12.
• In the Port Number field, enter 9000.
• In the Allow manual entry outside list, select Yes.
• In the Allow cashier to auth prepay only pump list, select Yes.
• In the Allow instant rewards outside list, select Yes.
• In the Send all transactions to loyalty provider list, select No.
• In the Loyalty Interface Version list, select Gilbarco v1.1.
• In the 24hr Loyalty period cut time field, enter 00:00.
• In the Allow trasponder as loyalty ID list, select Yes.
• In the Loyalty Vendor list, select Unknown.

  

2. In the General section > Page 2 tab, leave all parameters at their default values.
3. In the Receipt section, leave all parameters at their default values.
4. In the Prompts section, leave all parameters at their default values.
5. In the Loyalty Card Mask section, no Card Mask will be configured.
6. In the TLS Parameters section, leave all parameters at their default values.
